You don’t need to cut the rope, and you can easily and quickly adjust the length according to your height. One jump rope can be used by the entire family. To find out if a jump rope is the right length for you, step on the center of the rope and pull it taut. If the ends of the rope (the part where the rope meets the handle) reach your armpits, the rope is the correct length.

Our smart jump rope includes a built-in Bluetooth smart high-performance chip as well as three sensitive and precise Hall sensors with a proprietary algorithm that distinguishes it from other double hall sensors on the market. The precise Hall sensors can ensure data accuracy and correctly count your jumping data.

The jumping rope employs a durable and non-tangling 9.85-foot, 3-meter PVC steel wire rope. The PVC-wrapped steel rope can be used for almost any kind of floor, like a concrete floor, floor tiles, a wooden floor, or a cobbled road. SHIPPING POLICY
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and postal service process the orders, which takes an additional 1-2 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. This item is shipped directly from our suppliers and will take around 3-14 days to reach customers within the United States, 7-15 days to Europe & 20-25 days to the rest of world.
RETURNS POLICY
Please allow between 3-14 days for your order to arrive within United States, 7-15 days to Europe & 20-25 days to the rest of world. If more than 14 days have been passed for the order shipped to United States, 15 days have been passed for the order shipped to Europe & 25 days have been passed for the order shipped to the rest of world, please contact us to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
Returns: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The customer is also responsible for covering any shipping charges to return items.
Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
